Hugh Grant says his wife has ‘hated pretty much everything I’ve ever done’

Hugh Grant has revealed that his wife, Swedish businesswoman Anna Eberstein, is not a fan of the majority of his work.

The actor can currently be seen in the Sky Atlantic thriller The Undoing alongside Nicole Kidman. The pair play a successful couple whose lives begin to unravel after a mother of a child at their son’s school is murdered.

In a recent interview with Variety, Grant said he felt confident The Undoing will be a hit because one of his toughest critics, his wife Eberstein, gave it her seal of approval.

“I watched it with my wife and she has pretty much hated everything I’ve ever done, but she was obsessed with this,” he said. “If I had said, ‘No, we’re not watching another episode tonight,’ she would have physically harmed me.” – Source
