I hope the alliterate part-time boy bander and his actress wife do not need to sell their place in a hurry because they are asking way too much for a house they just bought last year.
Honestly, if they want to sell, they are probably going to have to do so at a loss.
Other than taxes, I’m not even sure why they bought a Miami place.
They are never there which makes the tax dodge a little harder.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have listed their Miami bayfront home for $16.995 million dollars, reports Mansion Global. According to public record, the power couple purchased the house for $11 million in September of 2021 and enlisted the help of interior designer Sarah Ivory to make updates.
Located in the uber exclusive gated community of Bay Point—a small island east of Miami’s Upper East Side neighborhood—the massive 10,414-square-foot mansion has a moody midcentury modern bent. It sits on a 15,599-square-foot lot with its own private dock facing a gorgeous Biscayne waterway.
