The family and lawyers of the permanent A- lister are taking every step possible to block and prevent the public release of the humiliating pictures that were taken by the police, stemming from the 1993 abuse case.

Meanwhile, the accusers and their families smiling with glee believing they’re really entitled to those pictures being released and that it will help them truly win their lawsuit.

Little does anyone know, some real good dirty laundry is about to be aired about them that’ll be very shocking.

Michael Jackson

Wade Robson, James Safechuck

Michael Jackson’s production company, MJJ Productions, is contesting Wade Robson and James Safechuck’s bid to access sealed police records in court. The company argues that the records may contain private photographs of Jackson, including nude images, which are protected by a court-entered protective order. Robson and Safechuck, both accusers featured in the HBO documentary “Leaving Neverland,” allege that Jackson s..e..x.ually abused them during their childhood. Despite previous attempts to subpoena the records being quashed, the accusers persist in their efforts as they pursue legal action against Jackson’s production company.

In response, MJJ Productions asserts that the photographs were taken as a result of a court-ordered search during a discredited criminal investigation. They condemn the accusers’ attempts to obtain these photographs, arguing that it would further violate Jackson’s privacy and exploit the circumstances surrounding the investigation. Robson and Safechuck are currently suing Jackson’s production company, alleging negligence and emotional distress stemming from the alleged abuse.

The legal proceedings have seen twists and turns, including the recent decision to combine Robson and Safechuck’s lawsuits into one case, with a trial expected before the release of a Michael Jackson biopic in 2025.

Despite legal setbacks, including previous dismissal of their cases due to statute of limitations constraints, the accusers continue their pursuit of justice. The Estate of Michael Jackson maintains his innocence and expresses disappointment with the court’s decisions. They intend to appeal the recent ruling and assert that settlement discussions are not on the table.

The legal battle underscores the complexities surrounding allegations of s..e..x.ual abuse against high-profile figures and the enduring debate over Jackson’s legacy. As both sides prepare for further legal proceedings, the case continues to draw attention and scrutiny, highlighting the challenges of seeking justice in cases involving allegations of historical abuse.
