Comedian Kevin Hart is entangled in a legal dispute with gossip blogger LaTasha Kebe (Tasha K) and former assistant Miesha Shakes.

Hart filed a defamation and extortion lawsuit against them, alleging Shakes violated a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) by participating in an interview with Tasha K. In the interview, Shakes reportedly disclosed private information about Hart’s personal and professional life, including allegations of an intimate relationship with an employee.

The lawsuit claims an anonymous caller demanded $250,000 from Hart to prevent the interview’s release, leading to the legal action.

Hart contends that Shakes also eavesdropped on his private conversations, further exacerbating the situation.

Additionally, the lawsuit denies Shakes’ assertions regarding a previous legal incident involving model Montia Sabbag. Hart seeks compensatory and punitive damages, along with reimbursement for legal fees, citing damage to his reputation stemming from the interview.
