Australian actor Hugh Sheridan has been “overwhelmed” with support since opening up about his sexuality in an essay.
The Back to the Rafters star addressed the topic while writing for Stellar magazine over the weekend.
Good for him!

“In many ways, I wish I didn’t have to write this,” the 35-year-old said (as per Out). “But I feel a responsibility to others who may come after me.
“By sharing my story now, and becoming more transparent, maybe I can help to give others who are private a break. We might live and let them live as they wish. I believe labels are for clothes, not for people.” – Source

Hugh Jackman’s wife of 24 years addresses ‘mean-spirited’ rumors that he’s gay
Hugh Jackman’s wife is setting the record straight about her husband.
Deborra-Lee Furness, who’s been married to “The Wolverine” actor since 1996, says she has had it with the rumors that he is gay.
“I see these magazines. They’re so mean-spirited. So mean-spirited. I hope people don’t buy these magazines and realize it’s all made up,” she said while appearing on the Australian TV show “Anh’s Brush with Fame.”
“He’s been gay so many years,” she laughed, joking, “I was gay, too.”
While she can poke fun at it, Furness, 64, does remain frustrated by the chatter about Jackman, 51. – Source
