How Yolanda Hadid helped Erika discover Tom’s alleged infidelity

Yolanda Hadid may not be a “Housewife” anymore, but she’s still helping the ladies in Beverly Hills.

Erika Jayne claimed that she “never” looked through hubby Tom Girardi’s phone until she saw Hadid go through a divorce with David Foster in 2015 — which helped Jayne discover that Girardi had allegedly been having a “years-long” affair.

“After Yolanda divorced David, I just opened that phone and I was like, ‘Wow, OK,’” she said on Wednesday’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” during a group dinner at Kyle Richards’ home.

The 50-year-old singer, who ultimately filed for divorce from Girardi in November 2020, also claimed in a confessional, “I found the evidence. It was text messages. It was pictures. It felt like it was years-long. Well, I know it was.”

Richards then asked Jayne why she didn’t leave Girardi at that point, but Jayne told her that she had nowhere to go.

She later alleged that Girardi, 82, did not deny being unfaithful to her during their two-decade-long marriage.

Hadid has moved on from her split with Foster and recently celebrated her second dating anniversary with Joseph Jingoli.

‘Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’ Star Erika Jayne’s Family Dragged To Court As Part Of Thomas Girardi’s Bankruptcy Investigation

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne’s brother-in-law has been ordered to appear in court and show up with Thomas Girardi’s financial books.

According to court documents obtained by Radar, the federal court presiding over the once-respected lawyer’s bankruptcy signed off on Robert Girardi being deposed.

The trustee in the case demanded Robert show up with all of his brother’s records. As Radar previously reported, Girardi was placed under a permeant conservatorship by his family.

Robert told the court Jayne’s husband is suffering from dementia and late-onset Alzheimer’s. The medical issues were first raised after Girardi started getting hit with lawsuits.

Over the past couple of years, the famed attorney started being accused of screwing over his clients and failing to pay out millions owed.

After the trouble started, Jayne decided to file for divorce after 21 years of marriage. In her petition, the Bravo star asked the court to award her spousal support.

Before his health problems came up, Girardi actually responded to the divorce and asked for Jayne’s request for support to be denied. – Source
