What happened with this lawsuit?

Faye Dunaway is facing a lawsuit from her former assistant, Michael Rocha, who alleges that the Academy Award winner treated him abusively, using his sexual orientation to demean and humiliate him at work.

Rocha, who worked on the Broadway-bound play “Tea at Five” with Dunaway, claims in the Manhattan Supreme Court filing that he endured regular and relentless tirades from the actress. Additionally, he asserts that Dunaway referred to him and other colleagues as “little gay people,” and personally called him “a little homosexual boy.”

Rocha claims to have a recording of one such incident, which he brought to the attention of the general manager and general counsel of “Tea at Five.”
