At least that is according to the autopsy.

It still doesn’t tell us about the fatal drugs and why she got them from someone who wasn’t her regular.

Lisa Marie Presley died of small bowel obstruction, coroner says

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office has confirmed that Lisa Marie Presley, the beloved daughter of the legendary Elvis Presley, passed away due to a delayed consequence of bariatric weight loss surgery—a small bowel obstruction. The report was released six months after her unfortunate demise.

Aside from being renowned as a singer and songwriter in her own regard, Presley was rushed to the hospital following a reported cardiac arrest at her residence. Tragically, she succumbed to her condition on January 12.

According to the medical examiner, the primary cause of Lisa Marie Presley’s death was noted as “sequelae of small bowel obstruction.”

This occurs when the small intestine is blocked, sometimes as a result of colon cancer, medication or adhesions (scar tissue) that form after surgeries.
