Teasing her upcoming project on Instagram, Spears shared, “My book is coming out very, very soon. I worked my ass off for this book. I had a lot of therapy to get this book done, so you guys better like it. If you don’t like it, that’s fine too.”
Titled “The Woman in Me,” the book is set to make its debut on October 24 and is presently open for pre-orders.
Selected to chronicle Britney’s perspective is author and journalist Sam Lansky. Renowned for his literary works “Broken People” and “The Gilded Razor,” Sam boasts a rich portfolio, having contributed to numerous news and media platforms. Notably, his insightful profiles of prominent pop icons like Adele and Madonna have graced the pages of Time magazine.
Substantial financial offers, including a speculated proposition from Oprah Winfrey, have allegedly been extended to Britney for an on-camera discussion about her life before her memoir’s release, as per sources.
Oprah had previously contacted Britney’s representatives in 2021 upon her initial release from the conservatorship.
