Wade Robson, a dance professional, is heading to trial against MJJ Productions, Inc., the corporation associated with the late Michael Jackson.
Robson has accused Jackson of molesting him during his childhood years at Neverland Ranch, starting from the age of seven.
The California Court of Appeal has approved Robson’s lawsuit against MJJ Productions, Inc., despite the corporation’s legal team claiming that they cannot be held liable for the alleged actions of the late pop star, as they had no control over him.
