Mr. Hedge – The Lawsuit That Kept The Secrets Hidden

You all remember a couple years ago, when that former child actor filed lawsuits against the now-disgraced A-list director, and 3 of his friends.

He was part of that film that you all know about, which was released for free online a few months ago.

Those lawsuits ended with a public apology to at least 2 of the accused, and allegedly paying a low 7 figure settlement to them.

There was never even a fight before the lawsuits were dismissed. One day they were there with a huge public splash, and seemingly the next, they were gone.

What you don’t know was the real plan behind this, and how well it all actually worked for the parties who orchestrated the whole thing.

The former child actor was not lying.

He believed what he told the public.

His accusations look much more credible these days, given what we now know about the disgraced A-list director, and his recently exposed serial child molesting friend.

Obviously, it would be very difficult to prove in court exactly who raped him 15 years earlier, given that he was being force-fed drugs and alcohol to the point of being barely conscious, if at all.

The former child actor had previously taken his case to others, who turned the case down for those very reasons.

Despite the case being very thin, the publicity surrounding the announcement was huge.

The motivation for such a public announcement was the expectation of more recent underage sex victims, with more solid evidence of their rapes by these people – to notice the huge amount of press, and get legal representation.

This succeeded beyond anyone’s wildest dreams.

At least 4 victims came forward.

The public is not aware of this yet, but there is incontrovertible proof.

The private settlements are rumored to have totaled over $10 million dollars combined.

The A-list director and his legal team were quite happy, because it resulted in these even more disturbing accusations being settled privately, and never seeing the light of day.

That lawsuit which you all heard about just a couple months ago, against the same A-list director, accusing him of underage rape – it’s the same game being played again.

The one alleged to have taken place on a boat in the Pacific Northwest.

Just a thin, old lawsuit with no witnesses, designed as public bait – in hopes of luring in more recent big money victims, with much more proof.

This time, there was no press conference, just leaked news of the lawsuit instead.

So, thankfully, this victim will not have to be publicly embarrassed if the case doesn’t move forward.

The former child actor was offered a mere $100k by the A-list director to keep his mouth shut forever, but turned it down.

There is also incontrovertible proof of this.

Bryan Singer’s Accuser Says He Was ‘Like a Piece of Meat to These People’ – 2014

“I was raped numerous times in that house, by numerous individuals,” said Michael F. Egan, who told the press his mother had reported the alleged crimes to the LAPD.

The man accusing director Bryan Singer of sexual abuse in a federal lawsuit held a press conference Thursday in Los Angeles, describing the “nightmare” he underwent when he was allegedly raped by Singer and several other men in Los Angeles, Hawaii and other states over the span of two years when he was a teen.

“I was raped numerous times in that house, by numerous individuals,” said the plaintiff, Michael F. Egan III. “You were like a piece of meat to these people.” – Source

Who is Cesar Sanchez-Guzman? ‘X-Men’ Director Bryan Singer Sued for Alleged Rape of a Teenager

Director Bryan Singer, best known for the X-Men movies, is being sued for the alleged rape of a 17-year-old boy during a yacht party in Seattle in 2003.

The lawsuit, filed Thursday, comes three days after 20th Century Fox fired Singer, 52, from his directorial duties on a biopic about Queen frontman Freddie Mercury. The filmmaker reportedly went missing from the movie’s London set after a Thanksgiving break and did not return.

The man accusing Singer is Cesar Sanchez-Guzman, who claims that he was attacked when he was a minor at a yacht party hosted by wealthy technology investor Lester Waters in 2003. – Source

Garth Ancier Accuser Admitted Rape Story Was Just a … ‘Gay Hollywood’ Shakedown

Hollywood heavyweight Garth Ancier says the man who accused him of rape … has admitted targeting high-profile gays in showbiz to squeeze money out of them for his fraudulent schemes.

Ancier — who’s produced hits like “Married with Children,” “The Simpsons,” and “In Living Color” — says Egan bragged to a friend about shaking down “Gay Hollywood” and forcing them into a financial settlement.

According to court docs, the shakedown was a fallback plan if a Ponzi scheme didn’t pan out. Ancier says the friend asked Egan if he’d ever actually been molested … and Egan said flat out, “God, no.”

Egan has withdrawn his allegations against Ancier and director Bryan Singer … but Ancier’s suing him for filing a “frivolous” lawsuit. It might be the least of Egan’s problems — he’s also facing up to 20 years in prison after last week’s indictment for defrauding investors. – Source

Sex Abuse Case Against David Neuman Withdrawn

Plaintiff Michael Egan III, who sued director Bryan Singer and three Hollywood executives alleging teen sex abuse in Hawaii in 1999, has voluntarily dismissed his suit against one of the men, David Neuman, seemingly bringing to a close litigation that may have forever associated the former Disney executive with salacious but apparently untrue allegations of improper conduct.

Egan’s case against Neuman appeared to crumble three weeks ago when Neuman filed a motion to dismiss that attached a 2003 declaration in which Egan said he’d “never had any kind of physical contact” with Neuman other than non-sexual social contact and that Neuman “never acted improperly.” A sanctions motion served by Neuman’s counsel may have underscored the apparent defects in the suit. – Source

Hollywood producer Gary Goddard accused of sexual misconduct by 8 former child actors

To the young male actors in his retinue in Santa Barbara in the 1970s, Gary Goddard was an exalted figure. A successful former theater prodigy, Goddard returned through his 20s to direct and mentor child actors in his hometown, vowing to bring the most talented with him to Hollywood. He attracted a constant orbit of devoted boys others referred to as the “Goddardites.”

But the seemingly idyllic setting of privilege and promise had a dark edge for several members of the theater group. Four decades later, many of them say they have been haunted by their encounters with Goddard.

Since actor Anthony Edwards wrote in an online essay last month that Goddard sexually abused him as a pubescent actor in Santa Barbara, seven others from the theater group told the Los Angeles Times that their former mentor molested or attempted to molest them as boys.

They describe Goddard’s advances as ranging from straying hands on thighs during lulls in a production or fondling in a darkened Disneyland ride, to repeated incidents of sexual abuse during a troupe’s overnight stays in a statewide tour. In addition, Edwards and another former theater student said in interviews that a classmate who has since died, Scott Drnavich, told them that he was sexually assaulted by Goddard as a boy. – Source
