She might have been released from prison early, but if she wants to get on the straight and narrow path, perhaps this actress should stop communicating with her ex who is also still in the cult.

‘Smallville’ Star Allison Mack Released from Prison Early … Post-Nxivm Sex Cult Case

Allison Mack is a free woman after serving 2/3 of her prison sentence — and she should count herself lucky … seeing how her ex-sex cult leader has a very long time to go.

The former ‘Smallville’ star was cut loose from a federal prison in California Monday — this according to online records. It seems she was let out quietly, and it’s taken some by surprise, as she was only 2 years into a 3-year sentence.

The facility where Mack was serving her time — which began in September 2021 — is the same place where Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman went for their roles in the college admissions scandal. In other words, it’s a low-risk prison for non-violent offenders.

You’ll recall … Mack was convicted on racketeering and conspiracy charges as a result of her ties to the infamous self-help group, Nxivm — whose top dog, Keith Raniere, was accused of recruiting/abusing women … not to mention running a criminal enterprise in his ranks. – Source

Allison Mack Files for Divorce from Battlestar Galactica’s Nicki Clyne: Report

Smallville’s Allison Mack — who pled guilty last year to racketeering charges and apologized for her involvement with the controversial, cult-like self-help group Nxivm — has reportedly filed for divorce from wife Nicki Clyne.

Mack, 38, filed for divorce from the Battlestar Galactica actress, 37, in Orange County, California on Friday, according to TMZ.

The pair tied the knot in 2017, federal prosecutors said in court transcripts previously obtained by PEOPLE. At the time, Nxivm’s one-time publicist told PEOPLE the union was at the behest of Nxivm co-founder Keith Raniere.

Journalist and blogger Frank Parlato, who was the first person to report about the alleged branding of female members, previously told PEOPLE that Mack and Clyne were married in February 2017.

Mack pled guilty to one count of racketeering and one count of racketeering conspiracy in April 2019.

Prosecutors had accused her of recruiting sex slaves for Raniere and its subgroup, DOS, described as an all-female secret society of “masters” and “slaves” in which women allegedly were forced to be sexually subservient to Raniere. – Source
