Diddy and Diageo have settled their dispute over tequila.

Diageo ended its partnership with Diddy in June following his racial discrimination lawsuit against the company. In a joint statement, Diddy withdrew his allegations and lawsuits against Diageo, and they confirmed that they no longer have any ongoing business relationship.

Diddy is currently facing sexual assault allegations, which he denies.

Diageo stated that their relationship deteriorated due to Diddy’s failure to fulfill promises to fund DeLeon Tequila.

They’ve invested over $100 million in the brand and accuse Diddy of contributing only $1,000. With the dispute resolved, Diageo now solely owns Cîroc vodka and DeLeón tequila brands.
