In Los Angeles there are a handful of high end drug dealers who serve 80-90% of the celebrity community.

They charge a premium and it is generally a premium product.

There is a lot of overlap between the dealers, but enough business for them, there are no beefs about turf or exclusivity.

Does the same thing exist for offspring of A++ listers because two, who are not related, share/have shared the same dealer on the east coast.
