The personal information was sent to celebrities who participated in the “charity.”
When an underage or barely legal female fan would send in photos or messages that seemed they would be willing to engage n s*xual activity, the sibling of the celebrity would engage with them and get their personal information which would be sent to others in the industry who wanted to hook up with females of that age.
