Bravo’s newcomer, Annemarie Wiley, candidly shared her struggle with fan backlash as she joined “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” (RHOBH).

Annemarie, admitted that it had been “very hard” to cope with the negative comments from RHOBH viewers on social media. She emphasized her identity as a kind, caring, and fun-loving person, making the differing public perception all the more challenging. Nevertheless, she tried to maintain her focus on the more important aspects of life, particularly her supportive family.

Expressing a desire for more support from her RHOBH co-stars in facing the backlash, Annemarie believed that having others rally around her would have made dealing with public scrutiny easier.

Annemarie made her debut on the show halfway through the season, immediately sparking drama with Sutton Stracke and Crystal Kung Minkoff. Despite the contentious start, Annemarie hinted that there is a positive shift in her portrayal as RHOBH season 13 continues.
