Heather Rae El Moussa responded to previous criticism by discreetly breastfeeding her son on a commercial flight. After facing backlash for sharing parenting tips while flying on a private jet, she shared photos on her Instagram story of a recent flight with her son, Tristan, born in January, as they traveled to see her husband, Tarek El Moussa.

“A flight is a flight…,” she wrote. “Breastfeeding on takeoff & landing to help his ears. Here we go!!”

The caption seemed to address the previous controversy, as she mentioned breastfeeding during takeoff and landing to help her son’s ears.

Earlier, in May, Heather had posted pictures of their family on a private jet, which garnered criticism from social-media users for the difference in experience compared to a commercial flight. She posted a series of photos of her family on a private jet, writing in the Instagram caption that it was Tristan’s first flight, as well as advice about how she made him comfortable on the plane.
