The Book

This former A list mostly movie actress who all of you know, has also produced a bunch of movies.

She has been nominated for some things in the EGOT category, but never won.

Over the past year or so, she has been writing a book.

It is not her first, and probably won’t be her last.

Because she doesn’t want any of her stories to leak prior to publication, she is very tight lipped.

Other authors or friends will come to her to try and get her to recount some story or adventure she shared or participated in or watched, and our former actress is silent.

She will say she can’t remember if she did get drunk and had to be restrained from getting naked in front of guys at a p o r  n theatre or whether she really did get drunk and have s e x  in a bathroom during the premiere of one of her movies. She refuses to comment on the time she and another friend stole a bunch of pot out of a hotel room when they could see a big bag of it on the bed and there was an open patio door just calling them in.

I get she wants the stories for herself, but other than very very current things going on in her life, she stays silent about anything else.

Greta Gerwig Voted for Herself Over Noah Baumbach’s ‘Marriage Story’ During 2020 Oscars

Greta Gerwig is giving insight into her own relationship story with Noah Baumbach.

The “Barbie” writing duo and offscreen partners have collaborated on numerous films together, but when it came to the 2020 Academy Awards, Gerwig couldn’t bring herself to vote for Baumbach’s “Marriage Story” as Best Picture — at least not while her film “Little Women” was nominated in the same category.

“It was so weird in the moment when we actually were there,” Gerwig told The New York Times of attending the awards show. “It’s very funny, but we did actually vote for ourselves. We were at our computers and I was like, ‘Just so you know, I’m going to vote for myself,’ and he said, ‘OK, I’m going to vote for myself, too.’”

Gerwig’s “Little Women” was nominated for six Oscars, including Best Picture. The film won Best Costume Design. Baumbach’s “Marriage Story” was also up for six Academy Awards, including Best Picture; star Laura Dern won Best Supporting Actress for her performance. Dern also starred in “Little Women” that same year. – Source
