We Can All Calm Down, Karlie Kloss and Taylor Swift Are Still Friends

Rumors of a rift between the two have been simmering for a while now: Swift released a video for “Look What You Made Me Do” last year that featured a costume with several Swift Squad members’ names emblazoned on it. Kloss’s name was not included. Swift also apparently isn’t on great terms with Katy Perry (more about that here), and there’ve been a few times when Kloss has made indirect reference to Perry’s lyrics on her Instagram, or gone out to sushi with her like a pair of grown-ass women. These activities have caused an uproar amongst Swifties, who see this as Kloss “siding” with Perry. It’s…a lot.

But according to the Times interview, Kloss’s “closest friends” include, yes, Swift. “They have vacationed together and have sat courtside at a New York Knicks game,” reports the newspaper. The two are “good friends” and “talk frequently.” “Don’t believe everything you read,” Kloss said in the article.
