Duff, who starred with Carter in the Disney Channel series “Lizzie McGuire,” posted a tribute to the singer on Instagram, writing, “For Aaron– I’m deeply sorry that life was so hard for you and that you had to struggle in front of the whole world. You had a charm that was absolutely effervescent…boy did my teenage self love you deeply. Sending love to your family at this time. Rest easy.”

Ashton Kutcher Still Can’t Make ‘Sense’ Of Brittany Murphy’s Death

In his first in-depth public comments about Murphy’s death, Kutcher told ABC’s “Nightline,” “I don’t think you can [make sense of her death]. I don’t know if you try to make sense of it or not. I just celebrate who she was. She was like the person who walked in the room and she was always, like, the first person to dance.

“You know when you go to a party and everybody is standing around and the music is going and, you know, sooner or later everyone is going to dance,” he continued. “She was always the first person to dance. And I just try to connect to that and celebrate who she was and how she was and not make sense of it, ’cause there is no sense of making sense of it.” – Source
