T.I. and Tiny

Atlanta rapper T.I. and his wife, Xscape member Tameka “Tiny” Harris, face a lawsuit alleging drugging and sexual assault of a woman in 2005. The accuser, identified as Jane Doe, asserts she was given a spiked drink in a nightclub before being taken to a hotel room where she was allegedly assaulted. The couple has repeatedly denied similar allegations in multiple states, including California, Georgia, Nevada, and Florida. T.I. has stated that any actions they engage in are consensual. These allegations surfaced on social media in 2021, prompting an investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department, which was closed due to the statute of limitations.
