This alphabet network is doing their usual greedy at the cost of lives thing.

They got shamed until one division closed some properties, but this division is the only network out there forcing people to continue filming.

ABC’s ‘Nightline’ returns to its original 11:35 p.m. home in the wake of coronavirus crisis

“Nightline,” ABC’s award-winning late-night news program, will temporarily return to its original, 11:35 p.m. EDT/PDT start time Tuesday for the first time since 2013. It will air in that time slot for the remainder of the week.

In doing so, the half-hour show – which has been airing an hour later, at 12:35 a.m. – returns to its roots as a single-topic examination of a major news story, this time the coronavirus pandemic. “Nightline” was created by former ABC News chief Roone Arledge in 1979, in response to the Iranian hostage crisis, premiering four days after it began.

“Jimmy Kimmel Live,” which jumped ahead of “Nightline” in 2013, has temporarily halted production, like most others, and will air repeats at least until March 30.

Juju Chang and Byron Pitts are the latest to host “Nightline” on a rotating schedule; original host Ted Koppel retired from ABC in 2005. – Source
