The couple were embroiled in a furious “cheating” scandal, as Carl, 33, took to social media to confirm the pair were no longer together.

Katie, 44, and Carl have since jetted off together for a holiday to Austria, joined by her kids Jett, nine, and Bunny, eight.

However, despite the break together, sources have suggested that things are not as rosy as they seem behind closed doors.

Insiders said the pair were “on the rocks” as they “argued” during their trip – calling the relationship “up and down”.

A source exclusively told The Sun: “They were arguing the whole time – it’s always very up and down with them. It’s so rocky right now.”

It comes just days after he and mother-of-five Katie were rumoured to be “back together” as they were spotted at a football match.

Katie and Carl got back together after splitting just weeks ago, with Carl citing cheating as behind the break-up.

He hit out that Katie admitted sleeping with someone else in a bombshell social media video, saying their relationship was over.

“I found out yesterday that Katie cheated on me,” Carl said. “There’s no easy way for me to say this. To be honest it’s quite embarrassing but me and Katie are not together any more. – Source
