RHOC’s Emily Simpson Says She Could ‘Blow Holes’ Through Noella Bergener’s Divorce Case

In her legal opinion. Emily Simpson weighed in on her Real Housewives of Orange County costar Noella Bergener’s messy divorce after getting an up-close look at the drama.

“When I first met Noella, I was very, very much on her side and believing her ‘cause I had nothing to compare it to,” the attorney, 45, exclusively told Us Weekly on Wednesday, January 12. “He’s not on the show, he’s not giving his viewpoint, so the only thing I have to go by is what she’s telling me. And of course, I want to support her and be a friend to her.”

However, as more allegations have trickled out surrounding the case, Emily has changed her stance on the situation.

“Now that all this stuff is coming out and he’s releasing statements and his attorneys are releasing statements, I will tell you, as an attorney, I jump all over that stuff,” she said. “I read all of it. I listen to it. I decipher it. I go back through what she told me on what dates; I make timelines. So, I will tell you, I can blow holes through a lot of things.”

Us confirmed in August 2021 that Noella filed for legal separation from James Bergener in California after one year of marriage. However, his lawyer told Us that he filed for divorce in Puerto Rico in July 2021, and the case was finalized in December 2021. The reality star then accused James in December 2021 of abandoning their son, who has autism, but James denied her allegations.

Amid the legal battle, Noella told Us on January 4 that she is “squatting in [her] 10,000-square-foot mansion” after James cut off her finances. He retorted in a statement that the lease was up in November 2021, while his attorney claimed that James “has paid substantial sums” to Noella since their split. – Source

RHOC: Heather Dubrow Confronts Noella Bergener Over ‘Inappropriate’ Gift to Daughter Max

Heather Dubrow is continuing to regret inviting Noella Bergener on her group trip to Cabo.

During Wednesday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Noella, 36, found out that she had only been invited after Gina Kirschenheiter pleaded with Heather to let her come. When things began getting tense at dinner, later on, she brought the topic up to argue with Heather, 53.

“I found out that I was a pity invite,” Noella said, to which Heather admitted, “I didn’t want to invite you because you gave my daughter pornography as a gift and I felt uncomfortable.”

In a previous episode, Heather told Gina, 37, that Noella gave Max, 17, a pride-themed card game at Max’s book launch party, because she and Max had bonded over being bisexual. The game turned out to be quite explicit, though Noella didn’t seem to know what Heather was talking about during the Cabo dinner.

“Wait what?” she said.

“You gave my daughter the cards, which were very inappropriate,” Heather explained, as Noella protested, “Literally, it’s a card deck that I purchased on Amazon.” – Source

Apparently, Noella and James weren’t in the same marriage. Since their split, they’ve made allegations that tell two completely different stories. Amid their divorce, Noella says that James abandoned his family to flee to Puerto Rico, (and later, Mykonos, Greece). However, her estranged husband vehemently denies her claims.

In addition, there have been rumors of infidelity in Bergener’s marriage. According to James, Noella previously admitted to cheating. But Noella said that it’s James who stepped outside of their marriage. At this time, it’s unclear whether or not James cheated on Noella. But he does have a history of extra-marital affairs.- Source
