This includes the fact that Sadie Robertson is a virgin, and plans to stay that way until marriage. Here’s what the teen had to say about it.

Sadie Robertson wants teens her age to hear it from her, you can stay pure and still be cool. Sadie wrote her book Live Original to show teens how to stay true to themselves and God throughout their lives. She told Inside Edition that she chose to write the book because she was feeling frustrated and unable to get all of her thoughts out during her speaking engagements. She wanted to put her message on paper and be able to edit and think about what she wanted to say with out a live audience.

Sadie’s Three Rules

In the book, Sadie talks about what she calls “staying pure,” until marriage. This means abstaining from sex until marriage. She laid out three rules to follow to help fellow teens accomplish this challenge.

Don’t be home alone together.

Stay out of each others bedrooms.
