It is definitely a double standard.

Oh sure, if you ask them, they will tell you her offers are less than what they were before because her movies are not really doing that well.

What really bothers them though is the amount of sex she has, but not with them.

Them being the male studio bosses and producers and the actress being an openly gay A-/B+ list actress.
