The lover her or hate her A list celebrity has a problem on her hands.

One of her highest level employees went all Karen on a POC writer who essentially wrote a blind about the employee and her friends.

The employee took offense and went on a social media rant aimed at the writer which makes her and the celebrity’s company look bad.

Chrissy Teigen Battles Instagram Head: ‘We Don’t Wanna Make Videos, Adam’

Chrissy Teigen and the head of Instagram, Adam Mosseri, got into a heated exchange while discussing the future of the platform on Twitter.

Their conversation began on Tuesday, July 26, when Mosseri, 39, posted a video about the “concerns” users have and the “changes” they’re currently experimenting with.

Teigen is the latest celebrity to weigh in to the controversy over recent changes to Instagram that critics say have made it more like TikTok. Reality TV star Kylie Jenner, who has 360 million followers on Instagram, posted a message this week that read: “Make Instagram Instagram Again.”

“There’s a lot happening on Instagram right now,” Mosseri’s clip is captioned. “I wanted to address a few things we’re working on to make Instagram a better experience. Please let me know what you think.”

In response, Teigen, the Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation actress, 36, wrote, “We don’t wanna make videos Adam lol.” At the time of publication, the comment garnered 8,690 likes, 296 retweets and 34 comments, with many agreeing with her.

Mosseri saw her message and replied, “If you don’t want to make videos, it’s better not to. What I want is an Instagram that is about photos [for those] who prefer photos, and is about video for those who prefer that format.” For comparison, his comment received 289 likes, 140 retweets and 276 comments.

“I guess for me it’s not just that I suck at making videos,” the mom of two, who shares kids Luna and Miles with husband John Legend, continued. “It’s that I don’t see my actual friend’s posts and they don’t see mine, and I see the same people over and over and over then the feed goes ‘you’re all caught up!'”

Mosseri explained the behavior of a majority of users, noting that “friends post a lot more to stories and send a lot more DMs than they post to Feed.” He suggested, “If you want to make sure you never miss a feed post from a friend, add them to your favorites and they’ll show up at the top.”

“The only people I know that post a lot to stories are the ones that know their photos get no engagement any longer so they are doing the thing they find second best,” Teigen added as a closing remark. “If photos got the engagement they wanted, they wouldn’t do so many (mostly uneventful) stories.” – Source
