The deal encompasses all five albums she released under Capitol Records, from “One of the Boys” in 2008 to “Smile” in 2020, which includes popular songs like “Firework,” “Teenage Dream,” “Hot ‘n’ Cold,” “California Gurls,” and “I Kissed A Girl.”

This transaction represents the largest catalogue deal for a single artist this year.
