After years and years of looking for a big break he got a huge one and is on a hit and making money hand over fist.

He has already been told though if a case moves on to the next stage he will be suspended and most likely fired from his current gig and that his career will be over for quite some time. Meanwhile, a set of writers is working on a season that includes him and doesn’t include him.

Anthony Anderson’s Sexual Assault Case Under Review By LAPD: Report

Earlier this year a woman reported that Black-ish actor Anthony Anderson sexually assaulted her when she was catering an event he threw. The assault allegedly took place during a business meeting to discuss future opportunities. The 47-year-old actor denied the allegations and a spokesperson for Anthony stated: “It’s unfortunate that anyone can file a police report whether it is true or false. The authorities have not contacted Anthony or any of his representatives about this matter.”

According to The Blast, Anthony’s case has been presented for consideration of charges by the LAPD and the case is still under review. It’s up to the District Attorney to decide if Anthony will be charged with a crime. The publication notes how back in 2004, Anthony was accused of raping a woman on the set of Hustle & Flow, and the case was later dismissed for unknown reasons. – Source
