One of the enforcers for this permanent A+ list rapper is himself a rapper and is wanted by the feds.

This is the kind of thing that could roll up the A+ lister too.

Oh, and I know the enforcer will be caught when he is doing IG Live with his girlfriend from her place while there is a warrant.

I mean, come on.

Rapper Casanova Is Accused of Conspiring in ‘Terrible Acts of Violence’

When a popular traveling hip-hop festival rolled into Queens for two shows in fall 2019, the promoters agreed to drop five rappers with New York roots from the lineup after the police asked that they do so because of safety concerns.

The five were “affiliated with recent acts of violence citywide” and there was “a higher risk” of the shows turning violent if they took the stage, an assistant chief wrote to festival organizers.

The letter did not specify what had caused the concerns, but a federal indictment unsealed this week shed some light on the subject as one of the five, Casanova, was charged in a decade-long racketeering conspiracy that spanned murder, drug crimes and gun offenses.

Casanova, whose legal name is Caswell Senior, and 17 others were accused of what the top federal prosecutor in Manhattan called “terrible acts of violence” in New York City, Westchester County and upstate as members of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation gang.

The question now is what he does next: Contest the charges or cooperate — as another, better-known rapper famously did last year in a similar case.

Mr. Senior, who records for Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label, was not charged in the single most violent crime in the indictment: the September killing of a 15-year-old in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Still, the charges he does face could land him in prison for life if he is convicted. – Source

Rapper Casanova surrenders in federal racketeering case

NEW YORK (AP) — The rapper Casanova has surrendered to law enforcement following his indictment in a gang-related federal racketeering case, authorities said Thursday.

The New York City rapper, whose legal name is Caswell Senior, was charged in an indictment unsealed against 18 members of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation gang, which authorities say operated in New York City and other parts of New York state.

The gang is charged with a litany of crimes, including the killing in September of a 15-year-old in Poughkeepsie and defrauding programs meant for people suffering economic hardship because of the pandemic.

Casanova, currently signed to Roc Nation, was charged with conspiracy to commit racketeering, conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and firearms possession. He is not charged with killing the child. – Source
