Then, he decided he wasn’t going to pay and now will have to have the whole world know how awful he is.

Reports have emerged regarding a 2018 lawsuit against Danny Elfman, the Grammy-winning television and film composer, in connection with alleged sexual misconduct. The lawsuit resurfaced as Elfman allegedly failed to make two payments required in a settlement agreement.

Nomi Abadi, a 35-year-old musician and composer, filed the suit claiming that Elfman had not paid $85,000 out of the agreed-upon settlement amount of $830,000. According to court documents obtained by The Times, Elfman had resolved an underlying dispute with Abadi, agreeing to make payments in four different categories over a period of five years, totaling $830,000. However, the court documents indicate that Elfman missed two payments of $42,500 each, one in July 2019 and the other in 2021, resulting in a breach of contract.
