In 2020, singer Sean Kingston was charged in connection with grand theft related to undelivered jewelry.

According to TMZ, he had not paid for the items, leading to a warrant being issued.

This wasn’t the first time Kingston faced legal trouble involving high-end jewelry.

In 2018, he was ordered by a New York court to pay $301,500 to a jeweler named Aqua Master for a collection of items.

In the past, he was accused of not paying for jewelry by another jeweler, and in 2015, he claimed to be kidnapped by an L.A. jeweler after a disputed watch exchange.

Additionally, he was sued by Avi Da Jewelers for $356,000 worth of unpaid purchases.
