After having zero celebrities wear her line at the Golden Globes, this designer was hoping a divorce news release would change things for the Oscars.

You know, it might if she was actually getting divorced.

Right now it is still just a news release and an agreement but no actual divorce.

Things are dire for the designer and that NYFW show is in jeopardy.
