Haliburton Foods CEO Ian Schenkel Charged for Pro.stitution with Two Teen Girls, His Pimp Also Busted

SANTA ANA, Calif. – The 59-year-old CEO of Haliburton International Foods has been charged with engaging in pro.stitution with a 15-year old and 16-year-old. A 22-year-old woman has been charged with pimping and pandering for arranging to bring the underage girls to him for se.x.

Ian Charles Schenkel, of Newport Beach, has been charged with one felony count of unlawful se.xual intercourse, one felony count of se.xual penetration with a foreign object with a victim under the age of 16, one felony count of oral copulation of a person under the age of 16, one felony count of a lewd act on a child 14 or 15 years old, one felony count of unlawful s.ex with a minor at least three years younger than the defendant, one felony count of s.exual penetration with a foreign object of a victim under the age of 18, and two misdemeanor counts of soliciting pro.stitution of a minor. – Source

Hip-hop’s Mally Mall pleads guilty in pro.stitution case

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Hip-hop music figure Jamal “Mally Mall” Rashid pleaded guilty Monday to operating a pro.stitution enterprise disguised as escort businesses, federal pro.secutors and his defense attorneys said.

Rashid, 44, faces prison time of at least one month, and up to 33 months when he is sentenced Jan. 21. His plea resolved a criminal case that became public following an FBI raid at his Las Vegas home in September 2014, U.S. Attorney Nicholas Trutanich and defense attorney David Chesnoff said.

Rashid won’t have to register as a s.ex offender, both sides said.

He pleaded guilty to one charge of using an interstate facility to aid unlawful activity, Trutanich said in a statement. Rashid admitted that for more than a decade he operated escort businesses that “induced and enticed numerous women to engage in pro.stitution,” Trutanich said.

In some instances, pr.osecutors said Rashid’s credit card was used to pay airfare and other travel-related expenses for women he featured in advertisements for pro.stitution on paid websites such as Backpage and Eros.

“We think this is a just resolution,” said Chesnoff, speaking for his client and Atlanta-based attorney Steven Sadow. “We’re pleased this matter has been resolved, as the allegations date back many, many years.” – Source
