Judge Rules In Favor of Southern Charm’s Kathryn Dennis Amid Ongoing Custody Battle Against Thomas Ravenel, Exes Appeared In Court on Thursday

A judge has just ruled in favor of Kathryn Dennis after she faced off against her ex-boyfriend, Thomas Ravenel, in a family court on Thursday.

As it’s been reported, the Southern Charm exes have been battling in court regarding their ugly custody dispute over their two children, four-year-old Kensington, and three-year-old Saint Julien.

According to a new report, a family court judge ended up ruling in Kathryn’s favor on February 28 over her demands that Thomas submits all financial, social media, cell phone, and medical records from January 1, 2015 until now. 2015 is the year in which Thomas allegedly committed two sexual assaults according to two accusers.

The Daily Mail was in court for the hearing yesterday, as they report Thomas had asked the judge to deny Kathryn’s requests, stating he should not have to produce any documents from dates earlier than June 30, 2017 because that was when he was granted sole custody of the kids.

The judge denied Thomas’s request, citing he “took a very liberal view of discoverable evidence.” Among the items Thomas did not want to be made public are potential texts and emails he allegedly sent to his former nanny, Dawn, who accused him of rape.

Thomas must now hand over these texts and emails to Kathryn and her legal team, in addition to also giving her any material relating to the $200,000 payment he made to Tinder date whom he made sign an NDA after allegedly assaulting her in December of 2015.- Source
