I don't think I ever have received a tip quite like this one. I have received tips after the fact that someone was responsible or had tried, but never one that is in the stages of being planned. I passed along what I learned and hopefully some prevention measures can be taken. I get a lot of tips from strippers, and one in particular has always been solid.
