Andy Dick sentenced to 90 days in jail, will register as a sex offender

Disgraced comedian Andy Dick was sentenced to 90 days behind bars after being convicted of sexual battery.

The 56-year-old appeared in a Los Angeles court on Thursday where a judge ordered him to register as a sex offender, according to the Blast.

The conviction stems from April 2018 when an Uber driver told the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department that Dick groped him.

The comedian will check himself into the Los Angeles County Jail starting November 17.

He was also ordered to complete 52 Alcoholics Anonymous sessions, 52 sexual compulsion anonymous sessions, 12 mental health counseling sessions, and pay restitution to the victim.

Once released from prison, Dick will spend 12 months on “summary probation” where he will be closely monitored.

It comes as the troubled comic was arrested in October for theft-related charges in Santa Barbara, Calif.

Dick was charged with first-degree residential burglary after allegedly stealing power tools, to which he pleaded not guilty.

Dick’s legal troubles go way back. The “In the Army Now” actor was last arrested in May during a livestream for felony sexual battery after a man who went by “JJ” accused Dick of molesting him in his sleep. – Source

Andy Dick What a Tool (Thief), Allegedly!!! Jailed Over Power Tools – Oct 2022

Andy Dick is facing a felony burglary charge in California after getting arrested yet again … this time cops say he was stealing power tools from someone’s garage.

The Santa Barbara Police Department tells TMZ … officers busted Andy on Oct. 13, after responding to a report of a burglary in progress at a home.

Andy had removed several power tools from a home under construction, according to cops … and they say they caught him red-handed trying to flee the property. The homeowner told police they don’t know Andy, and he definitely didn’t have permission to be there.

Since then, the Santa Barbara County D.A. has charged Andy with first-degree residential burglary, and he’s pled not guilty — however, one week later, he’s still locked up. – Source
