Family time while kids in school :)

There is an update to this schedule:

He said he now allows himself to sleep until 3:30am or even 4 a.m. And now his schedule is updated to this:

3:30-4 a.m. — Wake up, prayers and vitamins (turmeric, vitamin C, vitamin D), workout
12-6 p.m. — Eating window
7:30 p.m. — Bedtime
