‘Real Housewives’ Star Crystal Kung Minkoff Rents Out Snazzy Bel Air Mansion

Having told a neighbor that she’s looking forward to living someplace fun and different for the next year, Crystal Kung Minkoff has decided to place her Los Angeles home up for rent. The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member — and co-founder/CEO of the organic coconut water brand Real Coco — and her longtime filmmaker husband Rob Minkoff are asking $49,000 per month for the fully furnished Bel Air residence, which is listed by Steve Frankel of Coldwell Banker Realty.

The Minkoffs acquired the Upper Bel Air spread in 2010 for $2.3 million and subsequently spent several years demolishing the property’s original ranch house and rebuilding it as a far grander Mediterranean-style structure. The 8,400-square-foot compound rests on a gated parcel spanning almost an acre, and is comprised of a three-story main house and detached guesthouse that’s currently being used as an office — for a total of five bedrooms and seven baths. – Source
