Jennifer Aniston has experienced her fair share of Hollywood personalities over the years – the good and the bad.

While sitting down for SiriusXM’s The Howard Stern Show on Wednesday, Aniston revealed that one particular male actor who appeared on Friends had an “attitude” while on set.

“The funny thing is, that male did apologize about their behavior years later, and just said, ‘I was so nervous, to be honest, that I wasn’t on my best behavior,'” prefaced Aniston, 52, who joined Friends costars Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox virtually.

“It was as if they were just too ‘above’ this, to be on a sitcom. And I remember when we were doing a network run-through, the network and the producers would just laugh. And this person would be like, ‘Listen to them, just laughing at their own jokes. So stupid, not even funny,’ ” Aniston recalled. “It was just like, ‘What are you doing here? Your attitude, this is not what we’re all about. This is a wonderful, warm place to be, and you’re coming into our home and just s——- on it.'”

Host Howard Stern questioned if the mystery actor was Tom Selleck, who had a recurring role as Dr. Richard Burke, Monica’s love interest.

“It was Tom,” Aniston jokingly confirmed. “You just don’t know how cruel and unusual he is. … Tom has an angel’s halo over his head, it’s just a permanent halo over Tom’s head.” – Source

Fisher Stevens apologizes to the cast of ‘Friends’ for past behavior

Fisher Stevens, who made an appearance on the first season of “Friends,” is apologizing to the cast for how he acted when he was on set.

In his brief “Friends” stint, Stevens played Phoebe’s (Lisa Kudrow) psychiatrist boyfriend Roger. In the show, the character was meant to be a little evil, acting like a jerk to all of Phoebe’s friends.

However, Stevens now admits that he acted like an “a–hole” on set to the actors and crew in real life. During an episode of PeopleTV’s “Couch Surfing,” Stevens explained, “At that moment in my career, I had never done a sitcom before.”

“I had never heard of ‘Friends’ because it was just the beginning of the show and I didn’t watch TV at the time much,” he continued.

Stevens explained that he got a bad taste in his mouth when he learned the script only to find that they had rewritten his scenes prior to his arrival on set. “Because that’s what sitcoms did. And I didn’t know that,” he said.

“I was kind of an a–hole, I have to admit,” he continued. “‘What do you mean? So I have to relearn lines that you’ve written that are worse than what you’d originally written?'” he remembered thinking.

Now, Stevens is confident that if any of the cast members of “Friends” were to be asked about him, they wouldn’t have kind things to say. “Yeah, I was a d—. I’ve rarely seen any of those people on ‘Friends’ again, but I’m sure if you asked them about me, they would go, ‘What a New York snob.'”

Stevens concluding with a parting message for stars Kudrow, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer. “Yeah, I’m sorry guys. I’m sorry I was a d— to you all. I apologize. I was bad, I was wrong.” – Source
