The former A+ list rapper is not going to face any criminal charges from his past election run.

After RadarOnline.com published a story where Devin White, the treasurer for Kanye West’s campaign, alleged massive “fraud and malfeasance” in the campaign’s finances, someone reportedly hacked into the Federal Election Commission’s (FEC) website and removed White as treasurer.

In response, White and committee lawyer Bruce Fein filed complaints with the FBI and FEC, accusing Kanye’s lawyer Bruce Marks and his associates of obstructing their internal investigation into campaign finance fraud.

According to White, the change in the campaign’s “Statement of Organization” was an attempt to evade a federal probe, and they have already notified the FBI about the obstruction of justice.

Fein and White exposed the alleged slipshod campaign bookkeeping to prevent Kanye West from being embroiled in a felony criminal investigation involving his campaign manager and alt-right provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos.
