Priscilla Presley faces a new $50 million lawsuit from her former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. They accuse her of fraud and breach of contract, asserting she concealed a 2005 sale of her name, image, and likeness rights when working with them to revitalize her brand.
The suit takes a darker turn by alleging that in January 2023, Priscilla “pulled the plug” on her daughter Lisa Marie’s life support, despite Lisa Marie’s clear directive to prolong her life—and before her daughter Riley Keough could arrive at the hospital.
According to the complaint, Priscilla reportedly declared afterward, “I’m the queen. I’m in charge of Graceland,” indicating intent to control the Promenade Trust.
Priscilla’s lawyer, Marty Singer, calls the case “shameful,” “ridiculous,” and “meritless,” adding that it’s a vicious attempt to tarnish the reputation of an 80-year-old woman.
