Virginia Giuffre’s voice isn’t gone, it’s louder than ever.

This October 21, the world will get Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice—a posthumously published, 400-page bombshell revealing the raw truth behind her alleged trafficking by Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and high-profile figures like Prince Andrew.

Her publisher, Alfred A. Knopf, confirms the manuscript was completed before her death, and that Giuffre explicitly asked for it to be released regardless of her fate.

Giuffre died by suicide in April 2025, following a serious accident in March. Just weeks before—on April 1—she emailed her co-author, journalist Amy Wallace, writing: “In the event of my passing, I would like to ensure that NOBODY’S GIRL is still released. I believe it has the potential to impact many lives and foster necessary discussions about these grave injustices.”

Knopf describes the book as raw, shocking, intimate, and unsparing, promising disturbing new details of abuse and exploitation from Epstein’s network—details Giuffre speaks out about publicly for the first time since settling with Prince Andrew in 2022.

The memoir has undergone rigorous legal and factual vetting, and notably contains no allegations against Donald Trump, even as she challenges other elite figures.

It’s her legacy—written in her own words. This isn’t a posthumous rewrite, it’s her final act: calling out systemic failures that let predators flourish. And the first major public commentary since her settlement with Prince Andrew.

The book lands amid renewed scrutiny of Epstein’s enablers, and could reshape what we thought we knew.

Timing is everything. With Maxwell’s family rolling out transcripts and shifting narratives, and the DOJ facing backlash, this memoir comes when the story needs her voice most

October 21 release. Expect headlines, think-pieces, and social media wildfire.

Virginia Giuffre didn’t just write a book—she left a statement.
