Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are required to pay $5,000 for a parental fitness evaluation amid their ongoing divorce proceedings.
The evaluation by Dr. Leroy E. Reese, Ph.D, will determine their ability to parent their four children.
If needed, further evaluations may follow.
Both parties are responsible for half of the cost.
Amid their tumultuous divorce, which involves financial strains and heated altercations requiring police intervention, the couple has been on-and-off since filing in May 2023.
