Nina Agdal, the fiancée of Logan Paul, has initiated a lawsuit against Dillon Danis, who is set to be Paul’s next boxing opponent, accusing him of “revenge porn,” as stated in court documents.
Over the course of approximately a month, Danis has been conducting a campaign of defamation against Agdal on social media, which included the unauthorized posting of a “sexually explicit photograph” of her, according to the lawsuit.
This legal action was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and seeks various measures, including a temporary restraining order against Danis, a preliminary injunction to prevent further sharing of photos or videos, and eventually, a permanent restraining order.
Judge Madeline Cox Arleo granted Agdal a temporary restraining order, which will remain in effect until further legal proceedings.
