Many years ago in this space, I talked about this foreign born actress who was and is A- list.
She has a least one movie franchise.
I made mention of the fact that prior to her really becoming famous, she had spent some time in Japan as the sugarbaby of a very rich man there and had seen him even when she became A/A- list and even when she was with her various long term partners.
Apparently, within the past year or so he passed away, which is one of the reasons our actress has been doing so poorly as of late.
Apparently, she also was under the impression that when he passed away she would get several million dollars.
Apparently, that didn’t happen.

Kate Beckinsale is responding to fresh concern about her appearance with honesty and pain. After a follower commented on her recent bikini photos suggesting she “needs help,” the Underworld star, 51, replied: “Yes I do. I’m going through one of the most deeply painful times of my life. The body keeps the score.”
Her Instagram post — which also showed her daughter Lily Mo Sheen and pets — hinted that she’s been struggling privately. Beckinsale wrote that the trip was a “brief and precious reprieve” from the challenges she’s facing.
The actor has faced repeated body-shaming comments over the past year, and she’s been open about what’s behind her physical changes. She recently revealed her mother’s stage 4 cancer diagnosis, the January 2024 death of her stepfather Roy Battersby, and her own serious health issues, including a hole in her esophagus and a mast-cell disease flare-up worsened by stress and grief.
Beckinsale has spoken out about how caregiving and loss have affected her both emotionally and physically. Despite the speculation, she continues to urge compassion: “For anyone out there struggling, I send my love and support. This is so hard.”
