Police in Rosemont say they’ve found no video evidence to support Tara Reid’s claim that she was drugged during a November visit to a Chicago hotel bar.
Surveillance footage shows Reid at the bar but does not show anyone tampering with her drink, and officials say the bartender even covered her glass when she stepped away, which is standard practice.
Investigators are still waiting on the actress’s hospital records and cannot yet confirm whether any chemical tests were performed.
For now, police say they have found no signs of a crime and are not investigating any suspects.
Reid, however, insists she was drugged, stating that she woke up in a hospital after being incapacitated for over eight hours and has no memory of the night beyond having one drink. She has described the ordeal as terrifying and says it has taken a toll on her mental health, urging others to be cautious with their drinks.
