Country music star Jason Aldean purchased a $10.2 million oceanfront mansion on Hutchinson Island last year.
The four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home was bought through the Nashville-based W Real Estate Trust, the same trust associated with the sale of Aldean’s previous home in Florida’s panhandle.
Features of the property include a spacious swimming pool and a dune crossover boardwalk.
Aldean, a Georgia native, has been in the news for controversial lyrics and music videos. He expressed his affinity for beach living, mentioning his upbringing in both Georgia and Florida.
The mansion is situated on the southern end of Hutchinson Island.
