Plastic surgery rumors spread on Twitter over Zac Efron’s ‘new face’
(KUTV) — A photo of movie star Zac Efron circulating on Twitter is prompting people to wonder if the star has had plastic surgery.
Efron made a brief appearance during Bill Nye’s “Earth Day! The Musical” virtual event on Facebook Thursday.
Fans immediately started speculating if Efron had some work done on his face, pointing out a more-square jawline, fuller lips, and puffiness around his face. We’ve embedded some responses on Twitter below.
Efron has not commented on the rumors, some of which compare his new look to “handsome Squidward,” or to the human version of “Shrek.” Others came to his defense, with one person blaming Hollywood’s “impossible body standards.” – Source
