Foxella has been around since 2013, and it means more to me than I can easily put into words. Keeping it running takes time, energy, and real costs, but it also gives me purpose and connection. If Foxella has ever kept you company, sparked curiosity, or simply given you something to read during a quiet moment, and you are in a position to help, I would be deeply grateful for any contribution.

Harvard University is offering new courses on Taylor Swift in 2024. 300 people signed up for it, they are going to major in Taylor Swift?

Harvard University is set to launch a course titled “Taylor Swift and Her World” in Spring 2024. And the University of Florida is joining the band. The course will delve into Swift’s extensive discography, spanning her 10 original studio albums and four re-recorded studio albums.

Additionally, students will explore the dynamics of fan and celebrity culture while delving into the white, southern, transatlantic, and queer subtexts embedded in Swift’s music.

It seems like Taylor Swift is becoming the subject of serious academic study.

It’s not uncommon for universities to offer courses on pop culture icons, and it’s impressive that 300 people have already signed up for these Taylor Swift-focused courses.
